What the BTWoHT does NOT store:
No credit card information
No personal information such as religion, race, sexual orientation, etc.
Who can access your data?
Access to the BTWoHT Extranet is determined by need and authenticated users are only shown data that is relevant to their role.
BTWoHT retains personal data for no longer than is necessary, we will not remove your data unless you cancel your membership, and or have asked for your data to be removed.
Right to be Forgotten/Erasure
We will adhere to any requests where you want your personal details deleted from our database. According to the GDPR, you have a right to have personal data erased and to prevent processing in specific circumstances:
Where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed.
When the individual withdraws consent.
When the individual objects to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest for continuing the processing.
